About the film

A self-absorbed TV presenter is thrown into a whirlwind when his dependent father unexpectedly arrives. He desperately needs full-time care, but his father's unpleasant nature scares off potential carers. At his wits' end, he hires an eccentric, untrained caregiver who quickly calms the older man. Both father and son are charmed by this mysterious young woman who brings them closer together.

La Fleur De L'Age (Family Matters) was released in 2013. It stars French screen legend Jean-Pierre Marielle (Da Vinci Code, Tous les matins du monde) alongside Pierre Arditi (Smoking/No Smoking) and up-and-coming French comic Julie Ferrier (Heartbreaker), in one of her first straight roles.

The cast also features Audrey Fleurot (Untouchables, Spiral), Artus de Penguern (Amélie) and Radivoje Bukvic (A Good Day to Die Hard, Taken).

Produced by Gloria Films, in co-production with Les Productions du Trésor and Mars Films.
